“There is blood in urine. I suspect it is nephritis. How to treat it?” For some people, when they see there is red blood cells or gross hematuria, they begin to suspect to have nephritis. In fact, that is not right.
In most cases of nephritis, there is not only red blood cells, but also occult blood and protein in urine. And many other conditions can also cause blood urine, such as Nephrotic Syndrome, mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis and Nutcracker syndrome.
Therefore, it is suggested to have a comprehensive checkup to make a clear diagnosis. And to diagnose early and treat it early.
